1. Reporting an Issue

Any product-related concern must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

This includes:

• Incorrect product received
• Damaged product
• Missing item

• An opening video of the parcel (mandatory for damaged, missing, or incorrect items)

2. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery, only if the product is unused and all original tags remain intact.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• Sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
• We do not offer exchanges. If approved, returns will be processed, and you may place a new order separately.

• st0pbelieving does not offer monetary refunds.
• Approved returns will be issued as a store credit coupon.
• Store credit will be generated within 48 hours of the product passing quality inspection.
• The coupon will be sent to your registered email.

• One-time use only
• Non-transferable
• Cannot be reissued once expired

• Free shipping across India on all orders
• We currently accept prepaid orders only
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
